Sarah Milteer is a painter, photographer, and writer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She grew up on a small island near Gairloch, Wester Ross and attended Glasgow School of Art, graduating with a Bachelor of Art with Honours degree in Fine Art Photography in 1992.  Sarah lived and worked in the United States from 1993 until 2015 when she returned to Scotland with her family.
